Plate cutter for flexo printing plates
Cutting length 1260 or 2100 mm
The device body is completely from 50 x 50 mm aluminium profile,
the stand is equipped with lockable feet.
In its bottom section, the device has a stable shelf; the worktop is 10 mm thick. Made from powder-coated Pertinax. On the back of the device is a 700 mm long extending table fitted with folding hinges ( OPTION ).
The knife powered by a pneumatic linear drive is fitted with additional guide-ways.
The knife holder is attached to the slide that runs in the guide ways.
The blade is of a tapered design, ground on 3-sides. Changing the blade is easy.
The pressure pad is actuated by 2 torsion-proof, short stroke cylinders.
The pneumatic linear drive with knife is arranged below and the pressure pad above the workbench.
Provided for safety reasons, is a guard from Makrolon (impact-proof Plexiglas).
The control unit, with operator control panel, is positioned on the left-hand side as is the compressed-air connection. |
